Wow! Guess Texas has not changed much over the last 50 years. It is just as full of radical right wing whack jobs today as it was in the 60s and those of you who support the tea party are among them. Here are warnings issued to JFK before the assassination advising against a trip to Texas by a couple prominent figures.. Lyndon Johnson had told JFK that Texas housewives had come out of their homes to spit at the vice president candidate during the 1960 campaign, and JFK had been told by U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Adlai Stevenson that placard had been tossed at him earlier that year in Dallas. The eyes of Texas are upon you and probably the eyes of whatever god it is is they claim to worship. Certainly not a God I would believe in.
