Wow! I am so pleased with life, it just keeps steam rolling forward with awesomeness. Ever since I really (in action and finally not just words), dedicated myself to pursuing my core beliefs of surrounding myself with fresh air, clean water, clean food, less electrical interference, surrounding myself with people who are pursuing some sort of a spiritual path(without judgement on which) and being of service, my life has really fallen into an ease and grace that almost brings me to tears in gratitude on a fairly common basis. It has become easier to be gentle on myself and realize there are steps on a path, not just the start and end. Knowing and seeing those footprints reassures me that although I may not be at the pureness of those core values I seek, that those things serve as the view around the bend further up the path. I am wrapping up my time working in the Sequoia mountains, I just returned from preparing nearly 2800 meals for a yoga festivals presenters and staff; such a feeling to nourish those who are serving and nourishing those who attend the festival. I leave the mountains at the end of the month, travel to Sedona for a week to explore, relax and revitalize....then october 20th I am off to Nicaragua as the chef for a raw food program at Apoyo Lodge on a beautiful property alongside a gorgeous body of water. I am planning on putting the resources of information and people I have encountered into a more useful guide and be ready to present it upon return. Its not just about what we know, its about how well we can share it and help others implement it. Im ready to help transport resources and inspiration. Through love anything is possible, when we love ourselves, our love for others pours out. shine on!
