Wow. I heard the police officers testimony and now I have heard this guys testimony. I can tell you that the this guys testimony makes more sense. Think logically as you hear this guys testimony. The police offer testifies that he went to his waist like he had a gun. After he had been shot twice already. Why would a guy who is wearing basketball shorts act like he had a weapon when he new he didnt have one. He had already been shot in the chest. He new he didnt have a weapon. how would acting like he had one save his life? If you have ever worn basketball shorts there is no way to even support a handgun. This was something that obviously got out of hand and unfortunately their is no justice. If you are going to refute this post I would encourage you to listen to the officers testimony and this mans testimony and think for yourself which one seems more plausible. Us young guys are well aware how police officers roll up on you pretty aggressively when they feel you are up to no good. I think this got way out of control and someone got away with murder.
