Wow I was recently at the Aboriginal Physical Activity Cultural Circle National Conference back east where many a sport , health and wellness leaders talked and shared ideas and stories on ways to improve physical activity in aboriginal communities across. Two months ago I was one of two Canadian aboriginal delegates at the Brazilian Indigenous Games to announce a culturally led 1st ever world indigenous games for july 2015 its so amazing to me! To see a trend setter like Kura and her family initiate this winter challenge for the most simple of aboriginal ways , get out there by any means to participate in a fun and healthy way that involves everyone from so many communities whether it be youth ,elders and even many of our chiefs and leaderships it says one thing how important it is to inspire each other to be active and promote a quality way of life , culture and physical activity will gain the momentum for each one of us , I am very impressed on what everyone has displayed on taking their own challenge and then inviting others to join across NDN country , and see where it will take us all , kudos to them trend setters , kudos for each and everyone and more to come , on providing a spirited idea for all of us to become part of this inspiration , thank you one and all , nawtsamawt , huy ch qu and osiem , good night and God Bless!
