Wow...Im just at a loss for words as I watched this video clip. Basically, for those who dont understand Korean, a father, Lee Han Tak, was charged for murder by setting his house on fire, killing his daughter as a result. After 25 years...yes...25! The tables were turned and he is a free man. The verdict was reversed due to a lack of any substantial evidence. Evidence that was brought up at the time (1989) was considered not good enough now (2014)...what?! After.25.years!?! It took the judicial system that long?! I mean, Im glad that hes out and living now as a free man, but come on! Hes now in his 70s, barely able to walk on his own feet! For what?! Thats right, nothing. Its quite disheartening, that there are SO many innocent people, locked up in the judicial system and also those, who already lost their lives and then were later to be found innocent...*sigh* Congratulations to Han Tak Lee and his family. Health and happiness be upon you kind sir.
