Wow! Just got rear ended a couple hours ago and now the back pain is kicking in. I was sitting at a light and heard no skids and blam the car shakes. Holy cow! I get out and look at my car and then her car nothing crazy bad but things are bent. She approaches and says sorry totally my fault. I smelled liquor on her breath. I could have called the cops but I did not. We called her insurance company and got a claim number. She admitted to the accident. I know I realize what I should have done but I did not.
