Wow! Our last Cabin guests said they saw a kingfisher and water vole (amongst the other slightly more common wildlife - frogs, newts, dragonflies, bats, siskin, tits, warblers ++). This is really exciting! Especially if we have water vole which are becoming very rare in the UK. Amys been out on the boat hunting for latrines, which is the best way to check for water vole apparently. No confirmed news yet. We love to hear wildlife news from our guests so bring a notepad - binoculars and bird book are provided. There arent our photos Im afraid, but we put them up to show what lovely creatures they are!
