Wow! The access gates to this apartment complex are finally working!!! (How many years have I lived here? And many times have I almost had a head-on collision with some jerk entering through the exit gate because theyre too selfish to drive a block further to go through the entrance gate???) I guess it took someone getting seriously injured and a two cars involved in a major collision before someone got off their butts to do what should have been done years ago. Why does it always take a major incident to occur BEFORE anyone does the right thing?
