Wow!! What a challenge!!!! 1. To Kill a Mockingbird - This book has stuck with me as one oft all time favorites. 2. Any Janet Evanovich novel - I especially love the Stephanie Plum series. HILARIOUS!!! 3. Forever by Judy Blume - Most Blume novels are good for children to read but not this one. I read it in the 7th grade. Our school librarian thought Blume...innocent...not really. My mom also read it and had a talk with the librarian. It was removed from Taylor public school library. 4. The Harry Potter Series - it took me several years to finish. I took a break because Harry whined too much. I finished them in 2009 in Iraq. 5. Goodnight Moon - my favorite book to read to the kids. Luke had it memorized at the age of 2. 6. Sears and Roebuck Catalog - As a kid in South Arkansas, the highlight of the year was when this catalog arrived...especially the Christmas edition. I would sit for hours going cover to cover dreaming. 7. The Bible - The greatest book ever written. 8. Bridges Over Madison County - I cried when I read this one. 9. The Junie B. Books - I love reading these to Cecilia. It is even better when she reads them. 10. The Hunger Games and Divergent Trilogy and Twilight Series - these are some of my recent favorite books. I challenge the following to do the same.
