Wow. What week. Due to my pram being completely out of toys, Wednesday’s results have only just hit the control centre. I’m an emotional person and I guess that I take things to heart too much but that’s what makes me who I am. I can’t help it if sometimes I pick up a cause and can’t let it go. Luckily, we have had a happy outcome and all parties involved have escaped unharmed, if a little exhausted. Thank you to everyone who gave me such lovely words of support and came to my emotional rescue when I needed it most. Anyway, it’s a bright new day and a new topic. Ladies and Gentlemen, we have the final list of qualifiers for the casino seats for season 1. Qualifying for Wednesday (3 Seats), we have Adam Smith, Todd Priest and Mick Piercy. Qualifying for Friday (4 Seats), we have Jody Timmington, Tina Piercy, Tony Whitehouse and Nathan Priest. We need to get our heads together now and decide WHEN you are available to go and play. The best options, in my view, are all Saturdays at The Grosvenor (formally Gala) in Hill Street, Birmingham, where we now go to play in the MPL main events. The run £30+£5 games on Saturday evenings, £2000 “growing guarantee” 15k Freeze Out. – As we promised you a £40 seat, we will also be giving you a £5 chip to spend on any of the tables, to make up the difference. Please get your thinking caps on, and let us know what dates suit you. We obviously want everyone together on the same night, so that we can get a bit of a party spirit going. Anyone who hasn’t won a seat will be welcome to come along anyway and join in the game, obviously you are responsible for paying for your own seat. Well done to those of you who have won this time and commiserations to the rest of us.
