Wow, XFINITY, all new levels of bad service. 1.5 hours late, tech was impatient with me, told me that I lived in a shitty neighborhood, told me hed sleep with a gun under his pillow if he lived here, then didnt fix my problem and told me that I had to call to reschedule for an in-house tech because he didnt have a key to the main box outside, copped an attitude with me as if I was the one who locked the box.
