Wow! Yet to get out of the Hangover. Meeting 52Old College buddies in a single place; spending 24hrs with them is just awesome feeling only one can feel it. Time Machine had utterly taken us back to 20yrs.These 40+ Oldies forgot their job, business & family for a while and behave in the same fashion as they were, precisely 20yrs back. Events Summary: 1> Welcome Drinks &Lunch 2> Group Photo with common T-shirts for all 3> OEC Director& Swain sir’s visit, sharing few words, gifting memento (Coffee Mug with OEC logo, College calendar and Broacher) 4> Bar opened with starters by 7pm Bartender :-Chintu & Ambika 5> DJ night with Priti Padhi ,hosted by Sudhir and Milu ,wild/bold dance by Srikant and co. 6>Online Conference with missing Buddies(Tiki,Pradip,Dindoo,Baba,Jyoti,Bapi,Anup,Dev..etc) by Mahesh7> Personalized Organizer having 140 frnds photo& contacts along with complete 264 name list ,key rings,Pens presented to all by eMart (Debasis-Bapa)8> camp fire 9> Dining together 10> Live Prabachan by Baba Sudhir & Baba Srikant in a hall where we had 20- beds arranged 11> Morning Breakfast with distributing 8*12 size photo with wooden frames & Key Rings,12> Closing with Expenditure declaration, shortfall collection, 13> Vote of Thanks (Raja for overall Resort arrangement, Nalu our excise Minister, Ak bhai for overall arrangement& supervision ,Bapa-for sponsoring, Nana(pramod) for Bringing the photoframes from Rajasthan, Sumit for capturing all moments, Gyan-for helping overall including collecting all photos/vdos, Bulu for helping us to get the photos collected from puri, to rest all contributing in all other enormous ways with giving us their precious time to spend with us to make the moment truly memorable. Next year plan (27th DEC 2015, SUNDAY),Organizer:- Brahma &Team. Last year we started with 32,this year 57 including 4 last mnts drop i.e. Bubuni, subrat, Panua, chandanM ,so growing year by year, from big to bigger..Next year may be 70+. Please plan your calendar & travel accordingly All of us has done something to take out time to be party to this amazing get together befalls once in a year but I must highlight few who have highly fascinated me with their outstanding sprit. Especially will be an eye-opener for those who have their own excuses why they could not attend being in Odisha and around. #AmitSharma :- Travelled 48hrs from Delhi by train, Reached night 10:30pm at location,spent the night with us and now Travelling back 48hrs to resume his job and family #Ambika:- Lost his only one Pausi,(Father’s sister) in same day early morning, travelled 150km to and fro .Completed funeral ritual and travelled back in taxi to the location to join us by 8pm #Nipu(Susant Patro):-Reached on 27th morning, join us in party, pick and drop Amit from puri in night 10pm and travelled back Bhubaneswar in night 11pm to catch his next day morning flight to Delhi #PritiPadhi:-Comes India once in year to spend time with his parent. Out of 4days stay in Odisha,he gave us one complete day to ensure our DJ night will be memorable. #Srikant ,Milu:Travelled from Mumbai/Delhi for this only,#MalayP:-Joined us for 6hrs having his family health problem and so many more who didn’t reveal what they sacrificed to join this . From bottom of my heart I salute all dudes who set up examples and impressed us in a big way. Wish other will follow you up to give just one day from 365 dedicating completely for OEC friends.
