Wow, government bureaucracy at its finest. So I go to the post office, put a pile of packages there (mailing out my books), they figure out the postage on each, and I give them a bunch of money. Two days later, those books all come BACK to me, with notices saying that more postage is needed. Well gee, whose fault would that have been? And actually, more postage was NOT due. Some anonymous government bureaucrat INCORRECTLY categorized them the wrong way, delayed delivery, and inconvenienced everyone involved. So today I got to try again. Well, you came in, asked for a service, we told you the price, you paid it, then we DIDNT perform the service, and told you that you had to come back and pay more for it. Great customer service. Gack.
