Wow have you seen this. This happened almost before I was born. Speaking of which, the building at the end of the business district was probably City Hall which was badly damaged by the Great San Francisco Earthquake of 1906, so the video was taken before April 18th, 1906. A few more observations, they must have not had jay walking laws, any part of the street was fair game to walk, drive on or pull a wagon on, electric cable cars ran without electric then, everyone dressed to the nines. And finally, isnt this footage great fun. A fun time was had by all.
