Wow how utterly ignorant and insulting, those of us with Coeliac Disease are still entitled to eat out and our families should not be prevented from a meal of their choice just because we cannot eat Gluten!!! Yes it has become somewhat trendy to be on a Gluten Free Diet, which is great for those of us who really need to be on one because it means more places understand and are prepared to cater to our needs but this waitress needs an education and fast!!!!! I just travelled 1/2 way across the country and had no choice other than to eat out, thankfully I did not encounter anyone as ignorant as her!!!
