Wow inspiration just hit me, a welfare reform program that is guaranteed to work also for immigration reform. Any person born into a welfare family that has had subsidies for 2 or more years should have to join the military, so they will have a job, money for college and a viable career option later in life regardless of all the terrible his or her setbacks introduced by n unfair society has thrust on them, second any immigrant (illegal) should have to also be in the military and immedietly rotated into a combat position and or war, that way they can earn all the benefits they are about to receive.
