Wow, just wow ... For some reason the online warriors have shocked me today with their criticisms of my bench ... Ive just shared a blog a member wrote about why he loves CrossFit as I 100% agreed with him and I was proud to be apart of that community then I read the comments on the Team Series video and my feelings drastically changed ... When you truly give everything you have you in a workout you make yourself vulnerable ... As a Games athlete you become more vulnerable as when you give it your all, thousands of people get to witness it ... In a community which mainly supports and helps to encourage others it saddens me that there are so many that want to shame, belittle and try to find fault with peoples accomplishments!!!
