Aura Cleansings and Chakra Balancing (2 part workshop) Brad Murphey & Teresa Frank Brad and Teresa will be teaching a 2 day, hands-on workshop about working with Pranic energy. This is an experiential workshop on aura cleansing, and chakra cleansing and balancing. Chakras, in Hindu metaphysical tradition and other belief systems, are centers of Prana, life force, or vital energy. Chakras correspond to vital points in the physical body, i.e. major plexuses of arteries, veins and nerves. When your chakras are not balanced or become blocked over time, you will feel a physical and/ or emotional response. When your chakras are in a balanced state you will feel calm and peaceful, less susceptible to stress and anxiety. You will find that it is also easier to focus and make decisions. We’ll experiment with ways to recognize auras and locate Chakras and what the practitioner might experience, as well as the subject. We’ll work with ways to balance the energy centers, cleansing them and keeping them in good working order. Crossing the Leadership Threshold Lucinda Lightbringer, River and Joyce We have chosen the journey to leadership. Crossing the threshold of leadership is not only about claiming a position of leadership, but about letting go of our former way of being—letting go of the privilege of being only a participant. There are deaths in the initiation to leadership as we give up the service to our own ego-self, and births as we build leadership skills and strategies. Join us as we begin to discover the essence of what it is to truly become a leader and explore some specific ways to better serve or support our communities and groups. Lucinda Anjali I believe healthy community is the foundation of what heals all. I serve in the world as a mentor, teacher, healing practitioner, music-maker and story-teller. Co-creating experiences of transformational healing, soul-level growth, and consciousness evolution is among my most cherished work. I have a passion for building group intimacy through voice, breath, sound, and movement, weaving harmonies with others, inviting every voice in because that is what makes the tapestry beautiful and complete. I carry a deep understanding of the power of people uniting to re-story a life-fostering essential reality for these changing times. This is what I sing about, imagine, live for and pray for. .
