Wow quite a day coffee, walking, and S&D great morning. Did a few things at home then we went to the movie 12 Years a Slave. I can only express how disturbed and sorry I was afterwards with tear filled eyes thinking what a blessing I have never to have endured what these poor slaves went through. To think humans can treat other humans in this manner is heart breaking. What a show and I am giving thanks once again for the life I have.
