Wow, this coming week will be 1 year since I started working as our Justice Coordinator. Its been an interesting year, Ive learned lots and continue to grow. It always amazes me though how much stuff is pushed onto our plates as Band Employees and for the Leadership, both current and past. Somehow the enablers continue to lay blame as if their hands are clean. I know mine are not, but I will continue on my Journey, and work with everyone and anyone to help make our community a better one. We have always had these social issues and the lip pointing, how can we come together and work on these issues if people are still stuck in the past and unwilling to let it go? Here is to another year of growing and learning!
