Wow this is really concerning. This lady is suing the gun store who sold a man his guns because he was reselling them illegally. The store broke no laws and as far as I can see ran proper background checks as required. So essentially what this lawsuit means is that if a person is now liable for anything he sells. Imagine selling a gun 10 years ago and being arrested now because someone used that gun in a robbery...thats insane
