Wow, this raises a lot of questions. What is it that gives us this different impression? Getting to see the person coming close to a smile? Seeing them active? Do they appear as more relaxed, and hence more positive? Its as if being still is nearly always connected to boredom, or at least lack of charisma. Does this relate to an inherent understanding of all progress coming through motion and that there is no real static, as such would be death?
