Wow...this was the strangest and most remarkable day! Had two encounters with people today at work that amazing. One being a lady who I casually spoke to to just by complimenting her scarf. She said she got it when she went to see Amma. I was wearing a bracelet I too got when I met Amma! This started the most awesome conversation! She told me of a time she was at a Darshan and a friend to whom she hadnt seen in years appeared and sat right next to her...THEN...when I went to the chiropractor I got off the elevator, turned the corner and there was my best friend, who for whatever reason havent spoken in 3 years walking down the hall with her daughter!! All we could say is Oh My God and hugged!! She tells me she wrote me a letter today and was just about to mail it. So apparently the Universe (and Amma) brought us together at the same place at the same time after all these years. No time to talk...it was time for my appointment and she was trying to beat the traffic up the mountain. We said I love you ...hugged and went on our way. Whatever this letter is I am about to receive intrigues me. Good or bad I am so pleased and happy to connect again this person who meant (and still means) the world to me. Sometimes friendships end...sometimes they just go into hibernation. But I believe love never dies!
