Wow, what a regular season and post-season for the Wildwood football program. We had two cheer teams take first place and quality for Nationals. We had two football teams qualify for Nationals, with our super powered Pee Wee squad winning our first-ever Chicagoland UYFL Championship with a 32-0 pounding of Shabonna Park. Amazing squad! While the Junior Midget team chose not to go to Florida without a title win, the boys should be commended for a great season and receiving an invite to participate in Florida as well. A lot of Wildwood careers ended this past Saturday - great job to the coaches and kids. No disrespect in losing to a team that will be favored to win Nationals. Best of luck to all the teams heading down to the Sunshine State and hopefully we can secure a national championship! We will have updates on the FB page so tune in! Go Noles!
