Wow...what a week it has been! Things have been very busy at the school prepping for Homecoming, and the Music Department is no exception. Please join us next Friday at the Homecoming Game and get a glimpse of our wonderful elementary choir, drumline, colorguard, jr. colorguard, and pep band! I have MORE awesome news to share with you... The support from this community keeps amazing me and I am so excited to share the newest addition to our music program. The Sadowsky family, in memory of Sue Muir, has donated $1000 towards a tenor saxophone. This was the first big purchase we needed to look into as it will add much depth to our sound! Thank You, Sadowsky family!! Get this...I have MORE good news... The North Harrison Drumline has been selected to perform for the State Basketball Tournament in Columbia in March! What a great opportunity for our young group! AND The North Harrison Colorguard has also been invited to perform for the State Basketball Tournament in March. Keep in mind this is the FIRST year that this group has existed -- how awesome! Drumline and colorguard members - more info. will be given to you soon. What an AMAZING start to the beginning of the year. I cannot wait to see what else we can accomplish in the next few months!!
