Wow what a wonderful evening of netball . Started with Malawi National Coach running a coaching session with Hucclecote u16 and U14s . Many other Coaches attended from our local clubs (thank you). And then we ran a raffle and cake stall and with a small entry fee for spectators (over 100) we are proud to have raised approx £600 for the Malawi squad towards their commonwealth journey . Thanks to everyone who helped , to our volunteers on the door and cake stall, our scorers and umpires and the wonderful crowd . And of course to Hucclecote players and Denise Egan for over seeing them . Final thanks to Anita Navin whom without it wouldnt have happened. Wishing Malawi a good Commonwealth Games - such lovely people ;). X
