Wowsers. Thanks for all the lovely Birthday wishes yesterday everyone. It was an absolutely spendid day and all of you made that happen. Being 30 has never felt so AWESOME! A few things Ive learned - 1) Never underestimate the value of friends, theyre utterly priceless, and just give you a big wonderful family of people who dont share your genes 2) Having a sambuca at lunchtime is a jolly fine idea 3) Never lose faith in something wonderful happening. If I look back at how awful things were 6 months ago, (and there was plenty that no one on FB, let alone even my parents knows what happened) then I could never have guessed how fantastic life could be now. 4) The simplest things are the best, and theyre often free 5) People who dont show you respect are best kicked out your life, however much you want them in it. 6) It is possible to feel quite human without getting more than 3 hours sleep. ;-) :D Have a great Sunday everyone, and looking forward to all the japes, and scrapes and craziness in the year ahead, with all of you in it!
