Wowza Realty Hated it Unprofessional, disrespectful, unorganized, and extremely rude. And thats just the owners husband! He calls me at 10.30 am on a Saturday, September 13 to tell me I am OVER qualified for the house I was trying to rent for my son. He then says I can have my $20.00 application fee back because he had already approved a previous applicant and ran my credit just because. Now, this is after corresponding with one of his employees for a week via email to set up a viewing of the property. Thursday, September 11 an appointment was scheduled for Friday, September 12 at 4:30 pm. At 4:45 pm on Friday, I called the office when no one showed for the viewing. The owners husband answered the phone and said the agent had left in plenty of time to be show the property to you, and didnt know why she wasnt there. After an uncomfortable extended pause, I asked if we should be worried. He said no, Ill call her. 10 minutes later I had the pleasure of meeting his wife (the 0wner) at the residence. The wife profusely apologized. She stated they had 3 applicants and the agent who scheduled with me thought it was already rented. Unbeknownst to the agent, the previous applicants were all disapproved, hence the wife meeting me for the showing via her husbands instruction. She told me she was on the other line with her husband when I was speaking to him, inquiring as to where the agent was. Over and over again the apologies came. For 45 minutes we talked, viewed the property and discussed repairs. She took my application and money for the credit check and left me thinking I would have the keys on the 1st of Oct due to my superb application. Now, lets back up. The owners husband had already approved an application prior to my viewing? Why did he send his wife? Why did she show me the property, take my application, and run my credit? Why were two + hours of my day wasted? When I asked him these questions this morning when he called me, he replied, Honey (YES, honey), I dont have to explain to you how I run my business. You know, I dont think I want to rent to you. He abruptly hung up the phone with no goodbye. I guess when one has been caught in a huge web of lies, theres not much left to say................
