Wrapping tip...... Every one should always use cling film it keeps the heat going and allows the pores to remain open to achieve deeper penetration into the cells, it is an important part of the wrapping process and should never be missed out It is important that you use enough bandages to give good coverage, there should be no bandage roll over when you have completed wrapping it should look flat and smooth and the model should feel like they are in a strong corset. guide for wrapping! drink 2-3 pints of water for a few days b4 doing the wraps this can be diluted with squash, you need to keep drinking also 3 days after wraps! take a picture b4 u wrap have a hot hot bath ex foliate the area really well this gets the pores open measure your self and write down measurements mark 3 areas hips, waist and under bust, down both sides of your torso with permanent marker pen apply cream (how much varys on your self, size etc, split bottle into 6-8 sections (less than a 14 mark into 8 sections (1.6cm per section) and up to a 20 mark into 6 sections (2.1cm per section) cream needs to be rubbed in till dry all around front, back and hips (cream left on the surface will just soak into your bandages) now wrap starting from the hips upwards (if u prefer you can put high waist leggings on before you wrap to make it easier with wrapping). make sure you wrap tight (not to the point you cut your circulation off though) now wrap round with cling film, again tightly, at least 8-9 times if not more this helps to keep the heat in. then wrap up and keep your self warm,ie pj top and dressing gown. do not make your self to hot as you will end up sweating out the cream! leave 45-60 mins do not sit down as this will only cause your bandages to roll!!!! unwrap measure and ta dar then you can tell me how amazing i am for getting you into these fab products xx
