Wrestling Season is here !!!!! Until we are able to get into the Butler Rec. Center, our practice venue will be at the Butler High School gym. Due to space constraint and only one mat to work out on during the this time frame, we will be holding a split session practice. The split session will go as follows: Practice Dates: Monday - 11/18 Wednesday - 11/20 Friday - 11/22 Monday - 11/25 *All Wrestlers age 8 yrs. and under - On Mat training 6:00 - 7:00 and Off Mat conditioning 7:00 - 7:30 *All Wrestlers age 9 yrs. and older - Off Mat conditioning 6:30 - 7:00 and On Mat training 7:00 - 8:00 Note: All wrestlers should have a drink ( e.g.- water, powerade, etc. ). No wrestler will be permitted on the mat in anything other than wrestling shoes or socks, if you have not yet purchased wrestling shoes. There will be a brief coach/parent meeting prior to the sessions on Monday 11/18. All wrestlers are expected to help clean up after practice. Any parent who can make it to the BHS gym by 5:30 pm on the above listed dates to help drop, unroll and mop the mat, your help would be greatly appreciated.The BBYC Wrestling Coaching staff is looking forward to another successful and fun season for all involved.
