He would not bow down to anyone; he played great on the ball defense against bigger, stronger guards, he dived on the floor for loose balls, and even got in the middle and trying to box out whoever he could get his little body on. He had outstanding court vision and some quick moves with the ball, like his hesitation move that would freeze defenders.
