(Writing For A Purpose) Twenty two years of my life I been doing my best at trying to reach reasonable brothers, sisters, and others to work with me directly online and offline but only a hand full has been heeding my words. This is why I decided to make my organization private to weed out black capitalist and others who are fake in nature. I want to make this a meaningful experience for those who will work with me directly. I am an authentic urban author and upcoming social entrepreneur. It’s my hope to connect with other social entrepreneurs in America and abroad to work with me in making my organization one of the best African American businesses in the United States. In my organization I declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality which is hurting my racial group. No one under my leadership will ever have to endure what I had to experience just to start a business within the black community. It’s my hope that my book The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America Second Edition would become a best seller. I also hope that people on my friends list would do their part to help me speed up the process by exchanging their Gmail or Yahoo email address with me so that I can email them my book flier. Then they can take part of being in this new movement by printing out my book information and sharing it with their family, friends, their place of worship, and at their local community center. I also encourage my true supporters to join my social groups and network with my supporters from around the world until I am able to generate enough capital to hire thirty to be on my manage team and help me run the daily operation of my business. Then I will start my private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute OF Arts and Entertainment which will focus on giving our youth a chance to express their natural talents by creating our own films, plays, and music. We will also teach our students about economics, history, politics, religion, and life skills. We will teach our students how to start and run a business, how to write a business plan and apply for a business loan which will put an end to the crises in our inner cities and in third world countries. The idea here is for us to unite other social entrepreneurs like me to help our students advertise, promote and grow their start up businesses and provide them with the resources to succeed in their business endeavors. This would allow me to create legitimate job opportunities for our clients and members who reside in our urban communities both on the local, state, and national level as well as international. This will help minimize high unemployment among our youth. The media is a very powerful source of information in our society. We will teach our students how to become a professional journalist so that we can get accurate news reports within our community via our newsletters, or through our local radio and television station within our school. Anyone can tell me that they purchased my book and agree with my vision to improve Urban America. In order to be in my films, plays, and music videos such person would have to prove that they actually purchased my book by bring it with them during our auditions. My book is the foundation of my organization. I will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. GRCAM will be a private for profit service based business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our focus will be to provide goods and services to the low income African American communities and working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. Our agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money so that I can hire thirty qualified individuals who will help me run the daily operations of my business. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin. My vision goes beyond Urban America. Once my organization is established in 25 states I plan to expand abroad to Africa in the country of Liberia first than eventually to 25 other countries in Africa to people that want and need our services. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. My organization will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. My brothers and sisters in Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands don’t believe the media which portray African Americans in the hood as wild savages for the media in this country also portray the motherland as such. GRCAM is an independent organization I am willing to work with all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist all I ask is that you accept all of the principles in my book and in turn I will work with you and your immediate family for life as long as you remain a member of GRCAM that’s my word. In my organization everyone will be screen and sign a consent form in order to utilize our services. GRCAM is about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to communities and families that want and need our services.
