Written Updates Episodes 41-50 Episode 41: The Episode starts with both the families being shocked to know about Ishita and Rahul’s proposal. Siri and Vandu talks to their dad. They say how can you decide about their marriage, how can you think about them. Sujana says Ashok, this is not sure, Rahul can’t marry again. Ashok asks why. She says I left him, I broke his heart and what a coincidence, Ishita also came here to meet a guy. Ashok says I want to know whom is Rahul marrying. Tannu says be careful. Rahul’s marriage can affect custody case. Sujana says lets go home, Ishita is with us, we will win the custody case. Ashok laughs. Balu talks to Mr. Balaram and says you want to get linked to Ishita so that we should take Veer’s case back. He says you have used our Appa. The Balarams gets angry. Raja gets angry on Balu. Raja says ask your Amma, she has locked my mum on Lohri day. Everyone are shocked. Vandu asks Amma about it. Amma says it was my mistake, i came to say sorry, but Raja stopped me. They have an argument. Amma talks to Appa and says they have send us to jail and broke Ishita’s engagement. Mrs. Balaram talks to her husband and speaks against the Iyer family. Amma and Mrs. Balaram says we won’t let this marriage happen. Mr. Balaram says Appa and I have decided this, you are making a mistake, think about Poorni, Ishita loves Poorni a lot, and Poorni loves her too. Rahul needs a good wife and Poorni needs a good mum, Ishita is perfect, she loves Poorni. Your egos will be hurt by this marriage but Poorni will get love and a home. She will get a good mum. He says Rahul and Ishita will get married. Mrs. Balaram asks Rahul about his opinion. She asks will you marry her. Rahul looks at Ishita and walks towards her. Vandu comes in between. Rahul asks her to move. Rahul and Ishita have an argument infront of everyone. He calls her a gold digger. Ishita says I did not know it was you. Rahul says I won’t marry her. Ishita says even I won’t marry him, I don’t want to see his face. Mrs. Balaram and Siri get raised. Rahul says I hate your face. Ishita says we should leave now. Both the families leave. Appa tells Mr. Balaram that I don’t think this relation will materialize. Mr. Balaram says we have to talk to them, this marriage will happen. Mr. Balaram asks Rahul to think about Poorni and forget about his problem with Ishita. He praises Ishita for being very caring towards Poorni. He asks Rahul to agree for the marriage and think calmly. Poorni has chosen Ishita, I know you don’t hate Ishita, but yourself, see Poorni has found a mum for her, now its your turn, give her mum. You can get Poorni back only if you marry Ishita. Appa talks to Ishita and tries to convince her for Rahul’s proposal. She says I don’t even like Rahul. He says but you love Poorni and worry about her. Ishita cries. He says Rahul is not a bad guy but you can’t see it. See in Poorni’s eyes, look at her innocence, you know she needs you, she needs a mum who loves her. Rahul does not have time for Poorni and Sujana too neglects her. What will Poorni do. No one gets everything in life but you are getting lots, I m asking you to think about this. Ishita says Rahul, no Appa. Appa says I did not force you till now, but you are unable to take this decision because of your ego, so I will take the decision, I will not touch food till you agree for this marriage. Everyone are shocked. Appa says i m adamant like you. He goes to his room. Menaka talks to Amma and says Ishita needs to think. Amma cries. Veer meets Menaka. She asks him to leave. Veer says do you think I leaked that MMS. We need to unite Rahul and Ishita, its for Poorni’s happiness, think about Poorni. Menaka says don’t you dare, my sister won’t marry your rude arrogant brother. She is angry on Veer. She says we don’t have any relation between us. She leaves. Veer wishes he could tell her that he really cares about Poorni’s happiness. Ishita thinks about Poorni. She thinks about Rahul’s bitter words and cries. She thinks about Appa’s words that Poorni needs her as her mum. Menaka asks Ishita not to marry Rahul. She says they are bad people, you can’t go in that family who have ruined my life,if you marry there, I m scared, please don’t marry that man. Ishita says she won’t marry Rahul. Mr. Balaram comes to meet Appa. Appa greets him and welcomes inside. Mr. Balaram says there is a good news, Rahul agreed for this marriage. We want a yes from Ishita. Ishita says I m ready for marriage, but on one condition. Appa looks at her. Ishita comes to talk to Rahul and tells him about her condition. She says I cant marry a man who is supporting Veer. Rahul asks what is it. Ishita says I m ready if Veer gives himself to police. Rahul says I won’t do this, do you think I m dying to marry you, I m marrying you for Poorni, I won’t do this with my friend. She says I m not interested in marrying you, if you accept my condition tell me, I won’t marry till Veer gives up to police. She leaves. Veer hears this. Episode 42: The Episode starts with Appa getting a call from the officer that Veer has accepted his mistake. He wants to talk to Menaka once. Appa gives the phone to Menaka saying Veer is surrendering. Menaka talks to Veer. Veer says I m surrendering, you know I can’t do this, tell Ishita that I m in jail, she kept a condition that till I go to jail, she won’t marry Rahul, tell her that Poorni is waiting for her. I m sorry, I love you a lot. Menaka cries. Ishita comes home and asks what happened. Menaka tells her everything. Rahul talks to the lawyer and asks him to bail out Veer as soon as possible as he knows Veer is innocent. Raja is tensed hearing this. Mr. Balaram gives the good news to Mrs. Balaram. He says Ishita said yes for the marriage. The lawyer says great, now no one can stop Poorni from coming to you. I will try my best to get Veer out. The lawyer leaves. Mr. Balaram says Ishita wants to meet Rahul alone. Rahul meets Ishita. They say Poorni………… He asks her to speak first. She says you first. They start arguing. She says I love Poorni a lot and I can’t do anything now. He says I m marrying because of Poorni’s custody. She says I m doing this for Poorni’s happiness. They say only for Poorni. Rahul gets a call from Rajeev. Rajeev says Shweta dreamed about you and Ishita that you are getting married again. Rajeev asks for Ishita. Rahul asks Ishita to talk to Rajeev. Rajeev tells the same to Ishita. Rajeev talks to them on speaker. Rajeev asks does Rahul fight with you. Ishita says no. He says tell me if he troubles you, I will cancel the deal. Ishita praises Rahul. Rajeev says Rahul is a lucky man. He says hi to Poorni and ends the call. Ishita leaves saying only for Poorni. Its morning, everyone have a discussion about the Iyers. Mrs. Balaram says they should come to us, we won’t go, we are groom’s family. Mr. Balaram says we should not let Sujana know about this, this marriage is happening only because of Poorni. Amma says its their work to come to us and ask for Ishita’s hand. Appa says yes, we are bride’s family, how far we have to go, they are our neighbors. Rahul says I m going nuts to marry that mad girl. Rahul calls Ishita. He asks her to meet him in court. She says I won’t come. Mr. Balaram and Appa have a talk. Both of them are worried as their wives are not ready to make a new start. Mr. Balaram says I have an idea. Both the families face each other. They meet in the society hall. They hear a sage’s speech that everyone should be united. Mrs. Balaram acts sweet and says we will come to your house. Amma smiles and welcomes them. Rahul meets Ishita at the court. He says you are mins late. She says why did you call me here. He says we are marrying for Poorni, and it should be as soon as possible. He says come. They cutely argue. The families have a talk. Mr. Balaram talks to Appa. Amma says we will do Ishita’s marriage with all rituals. Siri says Rahul won’t like that way. Amma says its Ishita’s first marriage, we have lots of guests. They opinions are different. Amma and Mrs. Balaram have an argument. The lawyer asks Rahul and Ishita to wait for one month. They argue infront of the lawyer. The lawyer asks them to leave and not waste his time. Rahul and Ishita leave from the court. Sujana sees them together and wonders what are they doing together, is Rahul trying to bring Ishita at her side. Sujana calls Ishita and asks where are you. Ishita says I m out. Sujana says Poorni is missing you. Ishita says I will come to meet Poorni soon. Episode 43: The Episode starts with Mr. Balaram suggesting to draw chits and decide. They make the chits. Appa asks Rinki to pick the chit. Pinki picks the chit. Pinki says wow, its South Indian Style. Iyers are happy. Mrs. Balaram says I don’t agree. Mr. Balaram says you have to accept this. Amma and Vandu tell about the dress code saree. Mrs. Balaram says I will wear punjabi suit. Amma says no non veg and no drinks. They negotiate and decide that the engagement should be kept tomorrow. Amma says first in the temple, then in the hall. Amma says morning 4am. Mr. Balaram says it will be like you all decide. They leave. Amma is happy. Raja talks to his friend and asks him to take the blame on himself and get Veer out. His friend says I will be badly caught. Raja’s Mama comes. Mama greets everyone and blesses Raja. Mrs. Balaram is happy to see her brother. Rahul hugs Mama. Mama congratulates Mr. Balaram. Mama decides that they will rock the engagement. Siri offers a drink to Mrs. Balaram. Mrs. Balaram drinks wine. Soumya comes to meet Amma. Amma is happy to see her. Amma says I m very happy that my Ishita is getting married. Ishita hugs Soumya but Menaka is upset. Soumya says I know Menaka my daughter can’t be wrong, you are my pride, you don’t need to hide your face. Menaka cries and hugs her. Soumya asks her not to cry. The Balarams enjoy by dancing on music. They drink wine and party. Rahul leaves seeing them. Ashok talks to Sujana about Ishita. He says is Ishita playing a double game with us. Sujana says even I think so, she is fooling us. Ashok says Ishita and Rahul were at the same hotel. Sujana says I will go and meet Ishita to ask about the proposal. Poorni is happy hearing this. Sujana says I will bring Ishita here. Poorni says promise me, else I will not sleep. Sujana says fine. Ashok says I won’t let Rahul win this case. Rahul comes to meet Veer in jail. Veer says are you serious, is this really wine. Rahul is drunk. The constable asks whats going on. Rahul says my brother is inside the jail and I m drinking. He gives him some money and the constable leaves. Veer says go home please. Rahul says I m going to marry, I promise I will bring you out soon. The constable comes back and says don’t marry, save yourself. Rahul says he is right. They talk about women in general. Veer says he is marrying for his daughter’s sake. Rahul says the engagement is at 4am. Veer asks him to leave. Rahul asks the constable to arrest him too so that he gets saved from the engagement. Veer asks Rahul not to take tension. Rahul leaves. Vandu talks to Ishita and Menaka. They recollect the time of Vandu’s marriage. Vandu asks Ishita why are you so sleepy. Ishita says tell me. Vandu talks about Rahul saying I know you don’t love Rahul, but you have seen loving someone, sometimes we don’t get what we want in life, but today you are getting Poorni. She says don’t worry, we are with you, I know you will be happy. Menaka says Rahul is very handsome, he is better than Subbu. Vandu says Balu is so handsome, don’t tell about Rahul to Balu. Vandu says Rahul is good. Ishita says I did not tell his face well seriously. We only fought, I have not noticed his face. Vandu says then it will be a perfect marriage. Ishita laughs and leaves. Menaka says Ishita is not happy, she is marrying the man whom she dislike, she won’t be able to love Rahul ever. Ishita thinks that this is not marriage, but a compromise in which love will never come. Rahul comes home. He gets a call from Poorni. She counts 50 stars. Rahul smiles. She asks what comes after 50. He asks why are you counting stars. She says I m not getting sleep, I m missing you. He cries. She says sorry you might be busy, I might be disturbing you, come to meet me. He says promise I will come to meet you. He ends the call and says I will meet you now. He comes to Ashok’s house in drunken state. He rings the bell. Sujana is shocked to see Rahul. Ashok comes and taunts Rahul. Rahul asks where is my daughter. Sujana says Poorni is sleeping. Ashok asks who is that girl who has made your state. Ashok says Rahul still loves Sujana. Rahul says yes, you are right, I still love Sujana. Episode 44: It starts with intoxicated Rahul at Ashok’s house. He tells Sujana that he still loves her and love only happens once. Once you marry, it’s all compromises after that and that is what he’s going to do now by getting married once again. Sujana tells Ashok to look at Rahul’s condition, he’s so drunk like a devdas. Rahul hears it and tells Sujana that she gets such an attitude once someone says something good about her, even if it’s a lie. He challenges that Sujana and Ashok themselves will go to his house and drop Poorni there. He praises the girl he’s going to get married (Ishita but doesn’t say name) that her life doesn’t end at beauty parlor and then says she will be a lot better mother for Poorni. He leaves saying he will give first wedding card to Ashok and Sujana as they are too curious to know who the girl is. Sujana wonders who he’s going to get married to! Rahul recalls what he said to Sujana and then asks his driver whether people say the truth after drinking? His driver say people usually say truth. Rahul says rubbish because he just lied to Sujana when he said Ishita is very good. But he said one truth to her that Poorni will come back to him. Iyers are doing preparations in a temple early morning. Balarams arrives and all of them are drunk and can’t even stand on their feet properly. Mrs. Iyer cannot believe they drunk despite her asking not to. Rahul is not found anywhere there. He’s still sitting in the car. Raja asks him to come out. When they are entering the temple, they are asked to wear clothes like Iyers family. Balu takes all the males with him and his wife takes all ladies with her. Rahul is stopped by Mrs. Iyer for some bath ritual. Rahul says he’s has already taken the bath. Mrs. Iyer says it’s an oil bath. Rahul takes an oil bath and then goes to get ready. He gets irritated with all the rituals. Menaka and Vandu tells Ishita that Rahul is looking like a joker and laugh. Ishita asks them to be quiet. Balarams come there in Tamil style dressing. Mrs. Balaram keep losing her Balance in saree. She asks Raja to give his belt to her so she tie her saree. Iyers and Balarams do the rituals. There is a comedy scene when Mrs. Balaram is called for some ritual. She starts singing loudly. Mr. Balaram tells her she has to do pooja. Priests give something to Ishita and Rahul and ask them to bring it with them in the evening’s engagement function. Rahul and Ishita go to pray. Ishita is laughing. Rahul asks her she enjoys troubling him? Ishita says she loves it seeing him bothered. Rahul says it’s just a day for him, after marriage, Ishita will go to his house and she will have to be troubled for her entire life. Ishita wishes him all the best. Balarams are having breakfast. Mrs. Balaram wishes that Poorni was with them in all the functions, but poor her is stuck at Sujana’s house and doesn’t even know Rahul is doing all this for her. Rahul hears it. Ishita’s parents choose engagement ring for Rahul. Ishita comes there and says she can’t give that ring to Rahul. It’s a special one as Mrs. Iyer gifted it to Mr. Iyer on their 25th anniversary. It’s sign of their love and Rahul won’t give any value to it as he doesn’t know what love is. Mr. Iyer says they should give it to him so he gets blessings from them. He says Ishita’s love will change him. Ishita says he’s not getting anything from her and leaves from there. Mrs. Iyer gets worried, but Mr. Iyer says their marriage will be successful. Poorni will make it successful. Episode 45: The Episode starts with Poorni talking to her friends. She makes a R ring. She sees Rahul at the school and is happy. She asks did you come to meet me, thanks for coming. She shows him the R ring and says R for Rahul. Sujana says unbelievable, you came even here, I knew this. Rahul says stop shouting Sujana, this is not the place. Sujana argues with him and says you were bloody drunk. She asks what are you doing here, you should have waited at home, why did you come here. He says I came to meet Poorni. She taunts Rahul and says you don’t even know in which standard she is. Rahul asks her to stop it infront of Poorni. She says stop doing this else I have to go to court. Sujana takes Poorni with her. Poorni looks at Rahul and leaves. Its night, Amma says they came Vandu. The Iyers welcomes the Balarams. Siri catches cold. Appa welcomes everyone inside. The south indian music plays. Mr. Balaram introduces Rahul’s Mama. Appa asks where is Rahul. Mrs. Balaram says he went to office, he said he will come here directly. She says Rahul could not sleep, he might be tired. Siri gets a headache and asks to stop the music. Some women speak ill about Ishita. Vandu hears it and is about to react. Menaka stops Vandu from getting angry on them. Sujana says Ishita is not taking my call, there is something between Ishita and Rahul. I m worried, what to do. Ashok says call from my no. Menaka takes the call. Sujana says someone else took the call. Menaka gives the address of the hall. Sujana asks can I talk to Ishita. Menaka says she is busy in her engagement. Sujana ends the call and tells Ashok its so sudden. She says I will call her at night and discuss about Rahul. Ashok says you have to find out with whom is she getting engaged and getting married. Ashok says we should go to wish her on her engagement. Sujana asks the driver to take them to the venue. Ishita comes and Amma is happy seeing her. Mama likes Ishita but Mrs. Balaram speaks against her. Mr. Balaram calls Rahul. Everyone wait for Rahul. Raja calls office and asks for Rahul. He comes to know that Rahul left office two hours ago. Rinki and Siri also try. Mrs. Bhall gets worried for Rahul. Amma says he might be coming. Siri says idea. She says do the puja with Rahul’s photo. Think aunty, the muhurtam will pass and its third time. Balu says is this a joke. Vandu says how can anyone vanish from his engagement. Siri says don’t take tension. Vandu and Siri have an argument. Mrs. Balaram says I m worried about Rahul. Mr. Balaram and Raja go to see where did Rahul go. The women taunt Ishita for her third engagement. Ishita gets angry and asks Menaka for her phone. Sujana reaches the venue. Ishita tries calling Rahul and says everyone are waiting and Rahul made a joke and not even taking my call. Why did he do this? Its an insult. Ishita leaves in anger. Balu says Amma I will bring her. Sujana is shocked to see the Balarams. She thinks what are they doing here. Ishita thinks where did Rahul go, how could I say yes for Rahul. Amma asks where is Rahul. Appa says he will come, don’t worry, calm down. Sujana thinks whats happening. She hears women talking about Rahul being neighbors of Ishita. Balu stops Ishita from going to Rahul’s office. Balu says be cool. Sujana sees Ishita with Balu and misunderstands thinking he is the one she is getting engaged to. Sujana hears them talking. Sujana smiles and says so he is the one whom Ishita is marrying. Sujana hides seeing the Balarams. Sujana thinks she will talk to Ishita later and informs Ashok that everything is fine. Vandu cries that Rahul did not come on engagement. She says I have to talk to Ishita. Menaka stops her. Balu brings Ishita back. Ishita says I don’t know how to react, I m doing this marriage for Amma, Appa and Poorni’s happiness. Balu asks her to smile for Appa’s and Amma’s sake. Vandu says I won’t leave Rahul. Balu says don’t be hyper, be cool. Vandu says they are doing this to insult us. Balu says maybe Rahul is stuck somewhere really. Vandu says the muhurtam is passing by. Balu jokes and asks Vandu to smile. Vandu says I think Balu is right, we should not react so much. Sujana talks to Ashok and says I saw her to be husband. I could not meet him as Rahul’s family was there. She says they were there as they are neighbors. She says I will talk to Ishita and get the whole news. Raja says Rahul came. Mrs. Balaram is happy. Everyone look at the entrance. Rahul enters. Mrs. Balaram asks where was Rahul. Veer says he was sleeping in the car. Ishita sees Veer and is shocked. Rahul thinks about Ishita’s condition. Episode 46: The Episode starts with everyone happy seeing Rahul. Rahul enters the hall. Ishita and Rahul look at each other. Rahul says I slept in my car. He says I did not sleep whole night, then got busy in office, I got tired and slept in the car, Veer came and woke me up else I would have missed the engagement. Rahul and Ishita think about their argument. They sit for engagement looking at each other angrily. The rituals starts. Appa does the tilak to Ishita and Rahul. The pandit asks for Ishita’s brother. Balu comes and says I m Vandita’s husband and Ishita’s brother. Everyone smile. Balu does the rituals. Siri does the rituals from Rahul’s side. Ishita is asked to sit beside Rahul. They sit together. Amma does their aarti. The pandit says the engagement is over. Mrs. Balaram says how can it be over without rings. Appa says I brought the rings. He gives it to Ishita. Ishita makes Rahul wear the ring. Siri says its an old fashioned ring, Rahul won’t wear it, see their taste. Menaka and Vandu are angry on Siri. Mrs. Balaram asks Rahul to take out the ring. Rahul signs no. Mrs. Balaram says i forgot to tell him. She says I will give my ring to my kodalu. Vandu and Menaka taunts Siri. Ishita says the ring is not needed, let it be. Rahul says I have the ring. He asks Veer to bring his coat. Veer brings the coat. Rahul takes out a ring. He shows it to Ishita. Ishita smiles seeing it. Rahul says Poorni made his ring. Ishita laughs and says its perfect. She asks pandit to do the puja with it. Rahul makes Ishita wear that ring. Ishita thinks about Poorni and smiles seeing the ring. Ishita says this is the best thing in our engagement, its for Poorni. Rahul says she made it for me, its R for Rahul. She says we are marrying for Poorni’s sake. Ishita asks Rahul why is Veer here. Rahul says I told you he did not do anything, the police left Veer as the real culprit accepted his mistake, and Veer is innocent. Raja hears this and thanks Lord that the matter has ended, now no one will know that I made that MMS. Veer talks to Balarams and says the police left me as i was proved innocent, I came out and called Rahul. He says Rahul came to meet me in jail at night, I saw him sleeping in his car and snoring. Mr. Balaram calls Appa. Veer apologizes to Appa and says I know you are unhappy seeing me but Rahul wanted me to come. He says if you have any problem, I will leave. Appa says no need, I m sure you are innocent, don’t worry, I will talk to my family. Mr. Balaram and Appa shake hands and have a hug. Vandu says the pandit is calling you. The pandit asks both the families to decide about the marriage conditions. Mrs. Balaram asks what conditions. The pandit asks about the date. Mr. Balaram says the date Appa agrees. The pandit asks where will Rahul and Ishita stay after marriage. Mrs. Balaram gives her house address. The pandit asks what will the girl’s parents give. Rahul says we won’t take anything. The Balarams say we don’t want anything from her. Amma tries to dominate but Mrs. Balaram wins. Appa says I want to give Ishita what all I have for her. The pandit asks any else conditions. Amma says Ishita won’t leave her job. Mrs. Balaram happily agrees. Amma says she can study further also. Mrs. Balaram says she can do anything, but have to take care of Poorni. Amma says you should love my daughter. Mrs. Balaram says we will love her as much she loves us and Poorni will definitely love her. The pandit says the marriage will be in Kalyana Mandapam. Its morning, Sujana and Ashok are together. Ashok says be ready at night, we have to go for dinner. She says I can’t come, I have to be with Poorni. Ishita calls Sujana. Sujana asks about her engagement. Ishita invites Poorni for the function at her home. Sujana says fine, I will drop her in evening, congrats for your engagement. Sujana tells Ashok that Ishita was asking for Poorni, we will drop Poorni and go for dinner. Ashok says its good, we will call Ishita here as we need a maid for Poorni. Menaka and Vandu have a talk about the evening and music. Amma hears them talking. Amma asks Appa to take them with him to the market. Menaka and Vandu says its going to be a stress buster. Amma says I will make the Balarams dance on south indian songs. Appa and everyone laughs. Episode 47: The Episode starts with Siri and Raja dancing. They decide the songs for the Sangeet that is going to be tonight. Mrs. Balaram laughs seeing them. Mama says dance on punjabi rap. Veer comes. Mrs. Balaram asks the maid to bring food for Veer. Veer says I m getting late for office. Mrs. Balaram says forget office. Veer says Rahul can take leave but I have to. Mrs. Balaram asks him to stay here. Raja thinks if Veer stays here, how will he talk to Menaka. Siri asks Veer to dance in the Sangeet. Mr. Balaram comes and says there will be south indian songs in Sangeet. Everyone say what. Ashok tells Poorni that I will be your dad in few days. Sujana says its nice to see that you are loving her. Ashok says I like the things which Rahul has and I take it from her. Sujana says Poorni and I are not things. Ashok says I will take care of you Poorni. Ashok says she is your daughter and will be impressed by my talk. He asks who is Ishita’s marrying. Sujana says a simple middle class boy. Ashok taunts Sujana. She says lets leave now. He says ask Ishita today. Sujana says I remember. Ishita and everyone are doing Bharatnatyam at their house. Amma cries seeing all this that finally Ishita is getting married. Soumya says Ishita will be very happy. Amma says how, they are not nice people and that guy is not good. Soumya says Ishita will have to find her happiness, who knows she will change everyone. Siri says we will dance on our punjabi songs. They dance playing music. Ishita is outside her apartment. She meets Rahul and says I got your message, tell me what is it. He says I forgot to buy the ring yesterday. She says this ring is perfect, it will remind me why I m marrying. Ishita asks Poorni to go upstairs and learn some dance steps by Menaka. Ishita says we should not discuss about him. Sujana says I thought Rahul is troubling you. She says I saw Rahul on engagement day. Ishita is shocked. Sujana makes excuses and says I take good care of Poorni now. She says I heard Rahul is getting engaged. Poorni comes and hugs Amma. She asks the maid to take her to any shop. The maid brings Poorni to the gift shop. Poorni sees a trophy of world’s best mom. Tannu sees Poorni at the shop and calls Sujana to give her the news. She says congrats, you have won your daughter’s heart, its paying, your daughter bought best mom’s trophy for you. Sujana is happy hearing this. Sujana thinks about Poorni’s words and smiles. She gets the photo and says now I will show it to Ashok, he should know how I have taken care of Poorni. The case is in as Poorni and Ishita are on my side. Ishita gets ready for the Sangeet. Menaka hugs her and helps her in getting ready. Poorni comes to meet Ishita with the trophy. Ishita hugs her. Poorni says you are looking so pretty. Ishita says thanks. Poorni says this is my secret. Ishita closes Ishita’s eyes and gives her a gift. Ishita is much happy. The maid says she broke her piggy bank to buy the gift. Ishita opens the gift and looks at the trophy. Pinki tells Mrs. Balaram that everything will be in south indian style. Mrs. Balaram says no way, you see what I do. She asks Pinki to go and keep an eye on the Iyers. Siri whistles. Raja brings water buckets and says everything is ready. She mix juice and wine together. Mrs. Balaram says we will do south indian dance in punjabi style. Appa welcomes the Balarams. Mrs. Balaram brings that juice and asks them to distribute to the guests. Appa drinks it. Raja gives it to everyone. Appa likes it. Raja gives him more. Rmi gives it to the guests. Siri asks Amma to try it too. Amma drinks it. Amma says its like bitter fruit juice. Mrs. Balaram fools her. Ishita comes. Amma asks them to start the function. Rahul comes with Veer. Rahul looks at the juice and asks what is it. Raja makes Rahul drink. Rahul comes to know its wine and says did Nanna knows, make them drink so much that they can’t control over. Mrs. Balaram says you see what we do with them. Rahul smiles. Episode 49: The Episode starts with the Vandu welcoming everyone in the Sangeet function. A Bharatnatyam dancer starts dancing. The Iyers enjoy it but the Balarams get bored watching it. Mrs. Balaram says it looks like we should make them drink more Prasadam. Siri says I have one solution. Raja and Siri serve everyone the Prasadam. The dance ends and everyone claps. Ishita looks at her mehendi and smiles. Amma thinks why are the guests dancing like this. Soumya says everyone are happy. Ishita looks at Rahul. A sardar ji goes on stage. Amma asks whats this, they are hijacking our program. Soumya says don’t fight in the function, let it be, relax. The Balarams get a laugh seeing him. He says I m Paramjeet Singh, your host for the evening from Balarams side. The Balarams clap. He says now Siri will be performing for the Iyers. Siri dances on a south indian song. Sye andri nanu…………. plays……………… Iyers are shocked to see her dance. The Balarams dance with her. Rahul gets a smile on his face. Everyone clap and whistle at the end of her performance. Siri says see everyone are enjoying mum, else our guests would have slept. Mrs. Balaram says its time for the Prasadam. Siri laughs. Amma sees the wine bottles under the table and is shocked. She says this is wine, they have lied to us and made us drink wine. Appa comes and Amma shows him the wine bottles. She says you have made our guests also drink the wine. Appa says calm down, its not good to talk to them infront of everyone. Amma gets furious, I told them no wine but they have not listened. Appa says everyone are enjoying, please don’t go. Amma cries. Appa says don’t tell the guests anything. Don’t create any issue, for my sake. Amma says fine, but you should tell them not to bring wine in marriage. Appa says don’t worry, I will talk to them. Balarams are invited on stage. Mrs. and Mr. Balaram dance. Raja, Siri and Pinki join them. Menaka enjoys the most. Raja drinks wine with Mama and his friends. Episode 50: The Episode starts with Sujana calling Ishita. She thinks she should go and meet Ishita at her house. Rahul is called for the dance performance. Rahul says I can’t. Menaka challenges him. Raja says its an insult, come on. Everyone cheer for Rahul. Menaka says its not classy, we can’t fall to your level. Rahul says come to our level first. Amma asks whats your dance type, filmi? Ishita looks on. The Balarams start dancing with Ishita. The Iyers also join the dance. Everyone loves Rahul’s performance. Sujana arrives at Ishita’s house and says jewellery box, Oh God I forgot the car keys inside the car and the box too, Ashok is right, I m so careless. She calls out a guard and asks him to open the car. He says I can’t open it. She says try it please. He says I can’t. He says I will bring some tools. Mr. Balaram says come on, lets go home now. Sardar ji asks everyone to reach Kalyana Mandapam at 9am morning. Mrs. Balaram is drunk. The guard says its not opening. Sujana says try hard. Menaka gets the Vodka bottles and is shocked. She smells and says vodka in prasadam. It means they are cheaters. She hears some drunk man talking to Veer. Even Veer is drunk. Menaka sees Veer and thinks about her moments with him. She cries. She drinks the Vodka. Veer sees her drinking and stops her saying its wine. Menaka says I know, if everyone are drinking, why can’t I. She says don’t touch me, go to your brother Rahul Kumar. You are always with him. Veer asks what do you want, I apologize to you every time. He says I love you a lot. She says I loved you. He says even I did, your problem is you don’t trust me. She says you broke my trust, I m not important to you, you only love Rahul, you don’t love me. Veer says you are everything to me Menaka, its my mistake, I m sorry again. Menaka gets drunk. Sujana says I came to meet Ishita to gift her on her marriage. Appa says yes, tomorrow morning, come inside. Sujana says look at the Balarams, they are so unethical, don’t know who is giving their daughter to them. Appa brings Sujana home. He asks her to sit till he calls Ishita. Ishita comes to meet Sujana. Sujana says you look so gorgeous. Ishita asks how come you are here. Sujana says I came to wish you. Ishita says I m sorry for not inviting you. Sujana says I came here to give you a small gift. She says keep it thinking its from Poorni’s side. Ishita accepts it. Sujana says your mahendi is so dark, it means your husband will love you a lot and his family too. Sujana asks her to open the gift. Ishita sees the costly diamond gift. Ishita says its very expensive I can’t take it. Sujana says keep it, you are doing a lot for us. She asks for sweets. Ishita goes to bring. Sujana sees the best mom trophy which she thought Poorni bought for her. She is shocked seeing it. Sujana thinks about Poorni’s and Tannu’s words. She checks the photo and looks at the trophy. Sujana understands everything about Ishita and Rahul. She thinks about Mrs. Balaram’s words. She understands that Ishita is getting married to Rahul. Ishita offers her sweets. Ishita asks what happened. Sujana takes the sweets and leaves silently. Sujana thinks this trophy was for Ishita, Poorni bought it for Ishita, no this is not possible, how can this be, whats going on. She goes to talk to Mrs. Balaram. Mrs. Balaram asks why are you still here, go from here. Sujana asks whom is Rahul marrying. Mrs. Balaram says I won’t tell you. Sujana taunts her and says I know Rahul is marrying Ishita. Mrs. Balaram says yes, he is marrying Ishita, you made us cry, now you see what I do with you, I will see how you take Poorni, you lost. Mrs. Balaram laughs. Sujana gets angry. Mrs. Balaram shuts the door on her face.
