Written by my friend and brother in Christ Apostle John Welty. Every voice has a source (kingdom) Every voice has an effect on faith The substance of Christ is precious to our faith. Faith cannot live without Him. Air, shelter from extreme heat and cold, food and water are precious to our bodies at this time. Precious: (of an object, substance, or resource) of great value; not to be wasted or treated carelessly. The body and soul are not one. Each have separate needs. The Spirit speaks in confirmation of the instruction we receive from apostles concerning the needs of the soul being greater. Every other voice, including the voice of self, contradicts this. The voices of the world gives expression to the powers and principalities of the air (13 kingdoms) These voices have a blinding affect on faith in Christ and become a barrier to faith by setting other things before Him. The voices of the world speak to us through the interface of our bodies and speak in sympathy to the needs of these earthen vessels. Our natural eyes, ears, and senses are our interface to the world and the voices of the world interface with us through them to influence our choices (seeking to bring agreement and subjection to the power of that voices kingdom.) The voice of self speaks from a limited perspective greatly restricted by our natural interface with the world. The voice of self exaggerates and projects into the unknown in an attempt to navigate as one groping in the dark. The voice of self gives expression to ones own kingdom (spirit, soul, and will). The voice of self speaks from the perspective of the flesh which pertains to the motions of our own spirit and soul upon our own will. So the voice of self weighs the demands of the emotional (soul) and intellectual (spirit) centers of our being. So the voice of self speaks to the will from the sources of spirit and soul. This voice has a blinding effect on faith and sets focus on the emotional and intellectual needs struggling against one another to dominate the will. Our souls existed before our bodies were formed in our mothers wombs. Our soul continues existing after the death of our bodies. The voice of the Lord speaks from the perspective of His Kingdom. The voice of the Lord initiates faith in Christ through grace for salvation. The voice of the Lord sustains faith in Christ through grace for growth. The voice of the Lord has the effect of opening our eyes to Christ. The voice of the Lord is of power to bring our spirit and soul into humbled agreement as we subject our will to Him. The voice of the Lord interfaces with us from Throne to throne and speaks directly at the door of our conscience which is our interface with God. And so by faith, we maintain a balanced perspective that we be not overcome by the needs of the flesh so as to loose sight of the needs of the soul to increase daily through sanctified bonding with Christ. By listening to the voices of the world or the voice of self, we find our interface to God (conscience) becomes cluttered and defiled and results in the effect of faith being restricted by an earthly veil. As the veil of the temple was rent from top to bottom upon the crucifixion of Christ on the cross, so is this veil of our conscience rent from top to bottom upon our faith being sealed by the Spirit and remains open through the activity of our faith which is active in exchanging the precious substance of the kingdom of God through charity. #s8w #apostlestoday
