Wrote this on the lasvegasseahawkers site but thought to share it here too: A little pep talk for everyone: There is a scene in the last Rocky movie where Rocky Balboa is talking to his son outside of his restaurant. He tells his son how much he loved him and how great he was growing up, but once he grew up he changed and stopped fighting for himself and when he didnt do well, he would point fingers and blame other people. Rocky tells him when that theyll keep coming after you and coming after you, but you still have to fight back; you have be willing to take to hits and keep moving forward. We all expected that Dallas was going to be an easy win, that didnt happen today. We all assumed that Tony Romo would fold when they missnapped late in the 3rd quarter, he didnt. They brought their best game and stuck to their game plan even when they were down early. They played like Seattle played in 2013 today. If we know our Seahawks, they will learn from today and find that fire that helped them to be Super Bowl Champions. This will only be a minor bump on the road back. They will harness the fire Doug Baldwin had to focus on the remainder of the season , starting with next Sunday against their divisional rival Rams. Thank you everyone for coming out as you always do each and every game. Dont let the so-called ESPN and NFL Network talking heads get to you over the week. It might have been the toughest loss weve gone through in a while, but well all be back to cheer on our team next Sunday morning. And you bet the Seahawks will find that fire this week and come out swinging Sunday. We all we got, we all we need! GO HAWKS!!!
