X Factor 2014 judges: Alesha Dixon wants to join the show! Britain’s Got Talent’s Alesha Dixon has said she wants to join The X Factor. It was claimed at the earlier this year that Alesha was being touted as possible star on this year’s X Factor panel, alongside Simon and Cheryl Cole. “Alesha has been seriously considered as the fourth judge. She’s part of the Syco family and Simon is a huge fan,” a source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper. Alesha herself was coy about the rumours when we spoke to the pair back at the launch of BGT earlier this month. Speaking of the rumours about her joining The X Factor, Alesha told us: “Its always very flattering when your time is put to anything like that. “To be honest, I’ve not given it much thought.” Meanwhile, Simon said of the speculation: “Alesha I think she would be a great judge on the show, but whether she’d want to as she likes doing Got Talent.” “We thought about her two years ago for the X Factor.” But talking about joining The X Factor this week, Alesha said: “I’d do The X Factor, it’d be World Record!”. More Talent’s Stephen Mulhern quipped: “Then you’d have done Strictly, this, then XF factor, you’d be the Joe McElderry of judges!” Amanda Holden meanwhile said she’d take part in I’m A Celebrity… but added: “I still would never ever ever ever do it.” The X Factor will air on ITV this autumn...
