Xaver Varnus born 29 April 1964 in Budapest. The first child of a mathematician mother and a jazz pianist father, he knew by the age of six exactly what he would become. One day, sitting in his parents ancient villa in Budapest. The little boy heard a record of the great organist Reinberger performing Bach. Varnus recognized his fate. He gained entry to the Budapest Conservatory at the early age of thirteen. That same year in Poland at a concert, where the guest of honor was Cardinal Karol Wojtyla.
