Xavier has caught the first cold of the year. Which means... I have had a chance to use this on him. So first the Skin Stick. I put it on his cheeks, under his nose, on his chest and neck. This has really helped with getting things running in his nose. I also noticed a decrease in the amount of coughing. Yay! And he likes putting the skin stick on :) I used the shower steamers the first day. They work fabulous! I even started clearing out a bit. A couple of tips: Put a towel over the crease in the bathroom door. Dont put the steamer directly under the water. It lasts longer and gives it a better steam. These are available to order.
