YAKITORI SAUCE Makes a great marinade or sauce for meatballs/ wings/ribs or dipping! Makes 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) Cost Per Serving: 0.32 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Ingredients 1 Tbsp (15 ml) all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure Teriyaki Seasoning 2/3 cup (160 ml) low-sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar 2 Tbsp (30 ml) rice wine vinegar Instructions 1. Whisk flour and Teriyaki Seasoning together in Epicure Multi-Purpose Pot. 2. Whisk in soy sauce, sugar and rice wine vinegar. 3. Bring to a boil and continue whisking. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened. 4. Serve warm or chilled.
