YAYAS ISLAND will no longer be getting our families business for birthdays or otherwise. The staff and manager were helpful looking for our childs stolen shoes, however, the OWNERS seem to have forgotten what customer service is. Originally we were told wed hear from the owners after they reviewed the security footage on SUNDAY. In this instance,Sorry, we forgot to get back to you, doesnt cut it. If you know theft has been going on in your business, the least you could do is recommend people keep their shoes on, or better yet, put lockers in!!! Lord knows they make enough money, and would charge people to use them anyways. The shoes are mens size 8 royal blue Jordans and were a Christmas present. Im more than pissed right now... And this happened Sunday. So with that, Goodnight!
