YEARLY RAMADAN COMMUNITY EVENT IN WHITECHAPEL AREA, LONDON Assalamu Alaykum! Our yearly Ramadan Free Iftar event in conjunction with The Quran Initiative is here. Speakers: Moinul Abu Hamza & Saffaruk Chowdhury Without doubt the Ummah at large and the Muslim community in the UK have had many attacks such as the Trojan horse Hoax gender segregation in campuses .. We decided to take a step out of these issues and look at how the Quran and Sunnah discuss the role of this Ummah, and how it is indeed the best nation to have been raised for mankind the question is, why isnt this fact recognised today? Come and find out why there will ALWAYS be goodness in the Ummah, and what we can do to deserve this description. It was reported that Messenger of Allah (سبحانه وتعالي) said: وَجُعِلَتْ أُمَّتِي خَيْرَ الْأُمَم» ..and my Ummah was made the best Ummah. He (pbuh) also said: “The example of my Ummah is like that of rain.
