YES! To thoroughly live in this moment, the only moment there is – this present movement beyond time. To turn towards the empty and ungrounded feeling at the root of our pain and sorrow, to deeply honour it, to allow all it in unreservedly. To say YES to life in all its myriad present appearances, YES to everything being uncertain right now, YES to life spinning out of control, if thats whats happening, YES to none of it making sense anymore, YES to your whole identity being a giant question mark? YES to the sentence I Am… never, ever being completed… leaving yourself wide open to this glorious new day
