YES Tony Allison EVERY person who is elected OR appointed to a government office in this country takes a oath to "PROTECT AND DEFEND" the Constitution of the United States of America against all threats both Foreign AND Domestic. It is a federal offense (5 U.S.C. 7311) for anyone employed in the United States Government (which includes the President, Vice President and members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government” which is defined in that document as a "REPUBLICAN form of government". In order to instruct investigating federal officials such as the FBI as to what is a violation of the oath of office Executive Order 10450 was issued to serve as a guideline. In this guideline it states that the oath of office has been violated under these conditions.... "Advocacy of use of force or violence to overthrow the government of the United States, or of the ALTERATION of the form of the government of the United States by UNCONSTITUTIONAL means.” How many of our elected representatives and appointed office holders do YOU believe have violated their oath of office in the Obama administration?
