YOU JUST NEVER KNOW There was a young man that had been raised in a Christian family , but he had drifted away, but he still stayed in touch with his family, and one day he got in touch with his father , and come to find out that he was in jail for traffic tickets. He said dad , I need your help, His Dad said son , what can I do? The young man said, While I have been here ministering to these inmates I told them that they had to repent and to be baptized, and now they want to repent and be baptized, The father said, wow son that is great , but what can I do? The son said I dont remember where the scriptures are that talk about baptism and then I dont know where or how to baptize them. Well the father said , thats not a problem, and he told him where all the scriptures were in Acts 3:38 and then he told him to get a bucket, or a container as big as he could and poor the water over them in the sink and lay hands on them. HE SAID DAD , ARE YOU TRYING TO GET ME KILLED, The father said no son , why? the son said dad, this is a lock up and if the guards saw me holding a man over the sink and pouring water on his head they would think I was trying to kill him, I would be put in the le, and be tried for assault, Lol, We he said ,ok son just stand him up and pour it on him, I could not help but laugh when I heard this , because it is a true story, and I dont hear of to many prison ministries that start from the inside out. I wish we had more like this guy, what a revival we would have.
