Compliance Analyst (PCK663-958) Columbia, Maryland The Compliance Analyst works directly under the Manager of International Trade Compliance to support Sourcefire’s efforts to deliver products around the world in compliance with regulatory requirements. Primary compliance areas covered: Hardware certifications: Work with external hardware manufacturers, internal Engineering, Marketing and Quality teams, and NRTL testing labs to deliver fully homologated products for worldwide sale (Emissions, Safety, etc.) Sourcing requirements: Ensure suppliers meet regulatory requirements with respect to sourcing of components (RoHS, Conflict Minerals, etc.) Export Controls: Support compliance efforts related to encryption products under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Import / Customs: Support Logistics team to facilitate access to markets around the world.
