YOU REALLY ARE GIFTED “But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.” (I CORINTHIANS 17:7, NKJV) This twelfth chapter of First Corinthians informs all believers that every one of us has at least one spiritual gift of the Holy Spirit. That’s right, every one of us. You have a spiritual gift. These spiritual gifts are given, not to promote, elevate or make a super star of the individual. Rather, the gift or gifts are given “for the profit of all.” That the Kingdom of God would spread throughout the world and the Body of Christ would be edified. You have a gift. So many in the body of Christ suffer from low self esteem and feel insignificant. This should not be. This verse and chapter informs us that everyone in the Body of Christ is significant. Every one has a gift and therefore everyone has a place, a ministry and a job to do. You matter. You count. You are important. Know your gift. If you don’t know what your gift is, seek God about it. Talk to others in the Body of Christ who can give you wise counsel to help you discover your gift. Once discovered use it. The Body of Christ needs you. Needs you to use your gift to edify and lead others to Christ. Cast down the thought that you are not important or insignificant. You are very significant and extremely important. In spite of what the enemy tells you or how you have been made to feel by others, YOU REALLY ARE GIFTED. Blessings my fb family.
