YOU REALLY LEARN A LOT WHEN YOU ARE ONE HANDED. went to take shower forgot my wash cloth, could not reach under my arm pit to soap up what am i going to do now. after a little though i decided too soap up my breast, then i could move my arm back and forth keeping it close and move the soap to arm pit.this worked really well. woman should have no problem at all, except too much rubbing you may have to take a cold shower
