YOU were my inspiration, without YOU I could hardly write. YOU were the phone call I wanted to make whenever I heard good news. YOU were the text I wanted to send as soon as I woke up and the face I saw when I closed my eyes each night. I never would have hurt YOU, not in a million years. YOU were special. YOU were my fairy tale and each day I tried to be yours, over and over again. I dont know what happened between us. I dont know where we went wrong, but YOU were it for me. Yes, I admit I was scared of being vulnerable, but my fear of losing YOU was far greater. I even made a complete fool of myself...Ive never done that before. All of this, because I wanted YOU. I thought thats what YOU wanted too, until one day, out of no where YOU grew cold and the smile that used to send warmth through my body vanished. YOU bailed on me without blinking an eye. I couldnt understand how with all the people in the world, losing YOU made me feel completely alone. But then it hit ME. I was so much stronger than you. I loved. I put myself out there. I fought. I didnt quit. YOU gave up. YOU were weak. And that is exactly what made ME move on. It made ME realize that giving your heart to someone is beautiful, but ONLY if they are strong enough to hold onto it.
