YOUMAS REQUEST YOU TO BE OUR TALK SHOW GUEST ON THE TOPIC: EMANCIPATING WOMEN MENTALLY TO CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETAL PEACE AND UNITY DATE: SATURDAY 8st FEBUARY 2014. Positive Development and Growth leads to Positive Change, and change is gained through a proper frame work of good orientation and planning. We are plague with a world of poor understanding because the very foundations of our orientation structures are eaten away. Our girls grow into motherhood without a slim idea of the bases of parenthood. Pressure and aggressions from irresponsible boys and men groom by the same class of un-knowledgeable mothers, most times single parents. Do more harm to the process of boyhood to manhood, creating a vacuum for aggressive pears in aggressive groups, making an aggressive society of undeveloped skills to patient, tolerance, and determination. A blind will power to talent building, innovative and initiative environmental constructiveness, with a lack of positive spirit of unity and progress through collective identification and acceptance, and total drain of the nerve holding the very society we all live in. The crack of womanhood is the decay of society, and that have made our society, mostly here in the Northern Cross River State, to suffer a centre that cannot hold as things fall apart every day. Our women lacks basic education, non responsive and are pressured to old age and early deaths. The thought of womanhood is sinking by day, and violence and negative social vices hit hard on our economic growth as money meant for developmental projects ends up in crime fighting and unnecessary hospital bills. For us to have stable society we must realized the benefits of Good homes and proper family system that respect the importance of women, anything lease is misguided, disgruntle, aggressive mothers with the verge to fight back at the society that have created so much pains and sorrows without consideration to their contributions. A womans pain is the childs future perception, a line that can hardly be crossed in our society because of poverty and bad policies. By and large, a rotten system is made so by the acceptance of those who inhabits it and call it normal. It is time for us all to recognize our worth and join hands to correct the ills in our society and root out the ugly trend plaguing us day by day and killing our very sense of survival. Policies collapses, ideas sinks, dreams shatter, and hopes lost as leaders work with no balance of family unity and homes of capable, comfortable, confident, sure and oriented women to pilot the affairs of society through family building. Our societies are like Cars without fuel. The stress of motherhood for sure is a positive societal building mechanism that comes from balance and confident women without course for aggressiveness and reasons for regret. At our last week topic, Gender Rights and the Burden of Womanhood in Northern Cross River, it was held that women mostly in this area allow opportunities pass them by, and believes strongly that the podium of life is basically meant to be piloted by men. This was so because of the lack of concern and poor turn out by women to address issues related to woman enlightenment. Factors stated to be the cause are, Human factors, Poor Education, Lack of regular and basic orientation from the home to the larger society and Cultural and Traditional beliefs. Others are too rigid centralized political system and policies that have no clear allowance for leaders to value grassroots mind restructuring and assimilation, Poor information and lack of exposure to early opportunities which propel economic growths of women. Be that as it may, our women need better orientations, care and better empowerment. But how?
