YOUR ANGELS UNAWARES? “I was running errands with an elderly friend, Mr. Charlie, and my pre-school aged daughter. I was at a red light. It turned green. I touched the gas pedal but nothing happened. No sound, no movement, and the weird thing is, it felt like my foot moved thru the pedal like it was a ghost. ‘It’s green,’ said Mr. Charlie. ‘I know,’ I replied, confused, feeling as if my whole body was on slow motion for a moment. The driver of the big Dooley diesel truck behind me laid on his horn. Then, like a rocket, a pick-up truck came right thru the light! It ran the red light! It was coming down hill so fast it would have crushed us in my small car.” Dawn Crosscrescent •••• What could possibly have prevented Dawn from being able to press down on the gas pedal? Was that the work of her GUARDIAN ANGEL? How many times in a week are YOU stopped, in the nick of time, from taking a step out, or taking an action that would have caused you certain harm?
